Terms of Service

The App is a production-management tool for organizing projects, crew, budgets, contracts, and related content. Access is granted to Covalent Studios staff and the collaborators we invite.

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service in good faith.
• One person per account. Don’t share your login.

Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe someone’s rights, harass anyone, upload malware, or interfere with the Service’s operation. We can suspend or remove accounts that violate this.

You keep ownership of the content you upload (project files, contracts, notes, etc.). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, and process that content so the Service works.

If you’re an external collaborator, the project content shared with you is confidential. Don’t share it outside the project without permission.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change, or discontinue features at our discretion.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Covalent Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continuing to provide the Service becomes impractical.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
